The 2024 Caring Stars Award, presented by Caring.com, is the highest-integrity program of its kind. Their website team uses real reviews from seniors and their families. The reviews are vetted and re-evaluated for validity and conformance with Caring.com’s high-quality standards. To be awarded this badge, our community for senior services in Illinois met this criteria:
- Resident capacity of 21 or more
- Minimum of 15 published reviews on their Caring.com listing
- Average rating of at least 4.5
- At least four reviews since October 15 of the previous year
- One or more 5-star reviews in 2023
- One published response for each 1-star and 2-star review
